This depends on the size of the dumpster. During the ordering process, you will be given specific weight restrictions for your particular dumpster.

The dumpster's size is measured in cubic yards. 1 cubic yard is the equivalent of an area 1-yard wide by 1-yard long by 1-yard high (10-feet wide by 10-feet long by 3 inches deep). So a 6-yard dumpster has the capacity to hold 6 cubic yards.

Will the truck be able to get up my driveway?
Standard deliveries should have a driveway that is at least 10 feet wide (allow wider access for a larger truck). You should also ensure there are no low hanging trees, power lines, or things that may hinder the placement of the container. Canton Waste Recycling can accommodate smaller locations with advance notice. Call us with your questions at 734-397-5801.
