The idea for Sinister Sports was born at the 2008 Worlds. After their game, a few guys were having some beers and complaining about the lack of high-quality softball batting gloves. They were tired of gloves that didn't last, gloves that couldn't handle sticky spray, and gloves didn't give them any grip. Maybe more importantly, they were tired of the plain, boring look of most gloves. They had no style, attitude, or edge. So, in true maverick fashion, these guys decided to do something about it...and Sinister Sports was born.
Today, while Sinister Sport's primary focus is still on batting gloves, Sinister has broadened its product line to now include caps and dry fit t-shirts.
